Your first appointment will last about one hour and will provide an opportunity to discuss your personal hopes in therapy. Our fee for this initial consultation is £70.
Our fees for ongoing personal therapy are based on a sliding scale to accommodate each client’s personal financial circumstances, starting at £70 per session. We operate a sliding scale so that more people can access professional counselling and psychotherapy in Brighton.
Our fee for couples therapy is £120 from the first appointment.

At your first appointment, you will be able to decide whether our counselling services are right for you.
We accept payment by cash and most credit and debit cards.
We provide short and longer-term therapy for most personal, emotional and behavioural issues. One of our therapists may be able to help.
Couples counselling allows both partners in a relationship to come together and talk with an experienced, unbiased couples therapist.
